Come shop a wide range of fashion, accessories, home goods, and more from local sellers and small businesses. Grab a friend, explore the marketplace, and support the community while discovering pieces you won’t find anywhere else!

Friday, June 12 & Saturday, June 13
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM each day. Your assigned space will remain the same for the duration of the event.

Vendor Fee
Small-Scale Vendors (includes treats/small goods food vendors): $150  
Full-Service Food Vendors: $500 
Corporate Vendors: $500
 

Pay HERE to complete your application.
All fees are non-refundable and required upon application submission. The food vendor fee covers participation for one or both days; the corporate vendor fee is per day (large businesses, corporations, institutions, and similar organizations). If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, fees will be refunded.

 
What’s Included
One table
One black table covering
Two chairs
Vendor space (approximately 18' x 17')
Vendors are welcome to bring their own tents and displays. All setups must fit within the assigned space and not interfere with neighboring vendors.
 
Vendor Guidelines
Please specify the type of merchandise you plan to sell in your application. Approved categories include:
Clothing (must be clean and neatly displayed on hangers or in an organized manner)
Jewelry
Shoes
Hats
Purses
Small appliances
Crafts and household items
Clothing should be high-quality modern or vintage pieces.
Not Permitted
Food or beverage vendors
Furniture or large electrical items
Products containing inappropriate content, including drug-related or explicit material
Event organizers reserve the right to decline applications based on product type.
 
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for their items at all times
Booth spaces must be kept clean and orderly
All items must be removed at the end of each day
 
Donation Opportunity
At the conclusion of the event, vendors may choose to donate unsold items to Living Grace Church. Donated goods will be distributed to local charities.
